Dart Petroleum Service is a service provider for various customers in Ontario within the petroleum industry.
The position is available for a person to handle dispatch and office duties while maintaining customer satisfaction and promoting the company product and service.
Handle incoming calls in a service environment;
Answer inquiries, dispatch service, resolve problems, contact customers to investigate and resolve customer issues;
Navigate a computerized data entry system and other relevant applications for tracking, information gathering, trouble-shooting and transaction processing;
Work closely with other departments to facilitate resolution and closure of customer issues;
Coordinate call handling in accordance to customer specified guidelines and schedule;
Relay customer feedback to supervisor in order to identify trends and situations requiring further investigation;
Ensure data accuracy and security;
Other duties as assigned to fulfill business needs
Dart is seeking to provide opportunity to someone with experience as a dispatcher and administration in the service field with strong customer service skill. The successful candidate should have
· Education: High School Diploma.
Skills: Proficient keyboarding skills, familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word, Internet Explorer)
· Self-starter and ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team
· Ability to complete tasks effectively with minimal supervision
· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the industry is preferred, but not necessary.

This posting is directed at the moderators, who can best deal with it.
I thought job openings were to be included in the "classifieds" section, because it is "advertising". I thought others who advertised their wares or products were asked to do so.......... Or am I wrong?
Yes ..U R completely wrong .. OP is not benefited directly or indirectly and hence it is not advertisement IMHO .
