Primarily all the recruitment is done by Appleone staffing agency and may be some times Drake too. One starts with $14.00 generally and then depending upon the performance one can go any where. Further the door of Bell opens for you to move to any position as in Bell , Bell people come first.

Right now pls check up the wages offered by Apple one as a lot of changes have taken place and an unconfirmed rumour was that it is now offering only $13.00. But do check with Apple one and if some body requires more guidance then do PM me, as I trode the same path and in a way still treading.
