Does anyone remember "Aur Bhi Gam Hain Zamane Mein"
"Bibi Natiyon Wali";"Vikram aur Waitaal"
"Katha Sagar"
and Vinod Dua's "Aap Aur Hum"...he was awesome.
There was another one our hot favourite as kids on Sunday Mornings..it was a german Game Show with two teams competing in Fun Games..something like "Teleplay "..does anyone remeber the name

I believe everybody is nostalgic about thier period. My Dad is still Nostalgic about Raj Kapur. Dev Anand, Dilip Kumar, Nausad etc...ofcourse some them are still legends but we were brought up in a different generation where we had Cinemas as well as TV for entertainment. Besides the serials, I sure remember watching quite a few cricket matches (particularly one between India and Pakistan where Majid Khan, Zaheer Abbas and Javed miandad played together, was too small to remember the exact match or date, and those when Clive Lloyd toured india with his battery of fast bowlers with Gavaskar and Chetan Chauhan opening for India (sometimes even Anshuman gaikwad) with Vengsarkar and Vishwanath to follow...).
I am sure 10 years from now there will be generation who will be nostalgic about the first serials when Zee TV started in India...I dont remember the name but it was about one female 'TARA' which never ended..and further 10 years down the line, a generation who will remember all the SAAS BAHU...at a time when gay marraiges will be common in India and people are nostalgic about having male -female couples...etc...
Memories..memories..gosh what they can do to your mood....
