How come everybody forgot sweet Lucille Ball in 'The Lucy Show' :-).

Do any one remember 'Saptahiki' ? it was a weekly guide of the programes in the following week. I even remember noting down the programes as the reader went on with the read.......those were the early days of TV for us.

I wonder if any one of you can remember our first news readers....

There was this one Hindi series on Sunday mornings about a school-kid who travels back in time. It used to start off with animations of planets bumping off eachother in the introductory credits.

Anyone remember the name for this one?

A take off on Back to the Future ?..there is that one scene where he meets his grandmother (but as a young girl , during the quit India movement 1942 ?).. Is that the same serial ?...Can someone please help us with the name.. I am also not getting the name of this serial..
Like all stupid DD policies, this serial was stopped abruptly after 13 episodes ! i.e when he goes forward in time and see himself as an old man ( a la BTTF-Part 2)

I think that's the one. I remember he's a school-kid and there's a girl as well in his class who ends up on one of his adventures.

I used to love watching this one, was pretty annoyed when they cut it mid-way.
