Hi Folks,

Land Transfer Tax refund , how long does it take to process your refund claim ? any experience dealing with Ministry of Revenue in this regard.

Call Ministry of Finance and you can get the current dates on the refund dates.

Call the ministry toll-free
1 866 ONT-TAXS (1 866 668-8297)

I applied on 8th August 2008.

Got the cheque for the total amount during the second week of February 2009.

Nearly 6 months.
