You can get a free report once a year - but that comes in postal mail only. There is a form you need to fill and then fax/mail to them and they will send you the report in 2 weeks or so. The websites have the forms.

Hi,

I was checking on-line Equifax.ca but I couldnot get the form and on top of that i guess it is paid site,where as I didn't check my score since last 5 yrs.
I guess it should be free once in a year.

App. if you pl. let me know from where I can download the form together with the mailing address/fax no.
