To Mr.Massood:

I am a canadian citizen (born in Canada) and at this point in time my husabnd and are living in the UK. I have been living here for about 13 months. We have decided to Immigrate to canada and i would like to sponsor him. I have the neccessary forms that we have filled out. I have just got a job in canada, and i start there on the 1st of November.

1. Is it better for me to wait and send the application once i get to canada or shall i send it from here? Will there be a difference in processing time?? Most likely we will be sending the application from here about mid october as we are still waiting for the police certificate to come in the mail.

2. Also, in Part 2 of the application section for my husband, there is a supplementary information form - your travels form IMM 5562. Do we need to complete this. This is not apart of the checklist?

3. Also i am aware that a financial evaluation does not need to be done for spouse, but do I still need to send my Option C Printout as it is apart of the checklist?

4. My last questions is, form IMM 5406 Additional Family Info - i am not quite sure how we fill it out. Does my husband put his name and the applicant, and then where it says spouse, does he put my name and then his parents name where they ask for mother and father, and then also does he have to list his brothers and sisters on the form also. Please advise how to fill it out.

1. doesn't make much difference. Send it from UK, you'll save 2 weeks.

2. Complete it - won't harm

3. Yes.

4. Exactly as you enunciated it in your question
