Why not share the name of the bank here? So that all of us can benefit.

I said in my previous posts where i am checking the rates.

But i will have to get those letters from Banks in Middle east & India in order to avail this rate.

For obvious reasons i do not want to mention the branch.

IMO, 3.49% for 5 yrs is a bit high. Check with mortgage brokers. They are paid by the lenders. I have an offer for 3.15% for 5 yrs by a mortgage broker.

Fixed. I have never gone for variable so far.
