Deal With Reality or Reality Will Deal With You
Some (non-technical) questions I have been asked are:
(1) What are your strengths?
(2) What are your weaknesses?
(3) Do you prefer to work in a team, or alone?
(4) How do you go about learning a new technology?
(5) You don't seem to have experience in this particular domain (for instance, telecom in my case). Why do you think you will be a good candidate for this job?
(6) Which, in your opinion is the most important stage of the software lifecycle?
(7) How do you deal with a difficult co-worker?
(8) How do you manage time?
(9) How will you make sure the project sticks to the deadline?
Guys,
Post the answers also so that new landed immigrants gets the feeling of how they should handle these type of behavioural type questions in interview.
