Like Nano Car TATA came up with Nano Flats for the people with minimum income.
Please throw some more light on Nano Flats by TATA if someone who is living in India with basic or very minimum income want to purchase this flat.

My Q's are
1) Does the person has to live in Mumbai only for that or can be in different city?
