I am looking into buying a new condo. What is the average lifespan of a condo?

It has increased dramatically over past 20 years. Specifically if it's above 7th floor and facing east.

I don't think you can put an average or derive a lifespan of a condo. Houses in few cities have been standing over 70-100 years. I expect condo to last even longer. Obviously, you can't beat Mother Nature. But for sure would like to know.
