Hi,

I have lived in Canada for almost 7 years now. I still rent an apartment. But, very soon I am thinking of renting another apartment. This time should I rent or buy?

I plan to go back to India for forever in another 5-6 years. Is it worth buying a condo, for example, during this period? I am 100% positive that I wont spend my middle ages here. I am going back at whatever cost. I have family and property back home.

What do I do? Appreciate your comments. Thanks.
