I need important advice from you experts.

I have an apartment, which is rented for 2 yrs lease and If i break lease, I will loose one months rent . And I don't have any problem in keeping this apartment as my cousin can look after it and he can collect rent , I mean if I don't sell it, do i have to declare it at the time of landing in Canada ? Is there any harm in keeping property in India .

Please advice me what shall I do? Shall I sell it before coming to Canada or keep it.

An incomplete question. If you have friends or relatives who can oversee your property, who do you need to sell?
