Canadian citizenship delay

I applied for citizenship in November of 2008 from scarborough. My status now shows that my application reached scarborough office on Jul 24th 2009. I haven't yet received any citizenship test letter. Meanwhile we moved to Missisuaga and made a change of address on 4th August 2009. I am just worried when I will receive my letter because my PR card expired on Jun 2009. And I haven't yet renewed it. Can you tell me how long it will take to renew the PR card. And also how long it might take for the test letter to come.

The test is anywhere between 9-12 months from the date of your application received by them.
As far as PR card renewal is concerned, it takes approximately 1 1/2 to 2 months.
