Can someone help me .I would like to sponser my brother whos a physiotherapist in india ,can i sponser him ?can someone kindly guide or send a link please.

No, you cannot sponsor your brother. He has to apply directly as a PR, but he will get a few points since he has a close relative(you) in Canada.

Physiotherapists are in the list of 38 professions eligible to apply for permanent residence in Canada under Federal Skilled worker class. Ask your brother to calculate if he scores 67 points(eligibility criteria is on the cic website) and apply independently.

Unless you marry him and sponsor him as your partner..LOL...sorry about that but this is true as many ppl have been sponsoring their relatives now that Canada has accepted gay marriages...I saw this documentary in which how some men in some remote areas of Punjab would go hand in hand just to prove immigration authorities that they r partners...
