Dear Friends,

I am a canadian pr since last one year but i work in the us and i have never visited canada after i got my PR CARD. Now recently i got married and my wife is with me in the US. Now i am thinking to go back and live in canada. But i have 3 more months of project left in the US.

NOW I NEED TO SPONSER MY WIFE. Can i still sponser my wife when i am in the USA. Canadian website says NO but some lawyers say its posssible. Please help me as i want to come back to canada with my wife.

No it is SO NOT possible.
You must stay in Canada to sponsor your wife and not only that I think you have to show the Canadian government your Income Tax papers and your property etc etc to sponsor your wife.

Consult a good lawyer in Canada, this might be a tricky case.
