Hey CDs... Sorry I have been out for some time...you know JOB BACHAO ANDOLAN.... getting difficult day by day to make the two ends meet...
My question to CDs is...I hold a huge bulk of BWR.TO and I am averaging @ CAD$0.39. Today I saw a link n the internet:

Some how I don’t understand the technical language in the link, but I do know what is meant by Split and Consolidation.
Can anyone suggest me what to do.

The other information is about warrants, which are similar to options.
If you are a shareholder and not a day trader, don't worry about the warrants.

I quick look at key financial information and nothing outstanding shows up.
EPS is in the dumps, sales and income are down significantly since 2008 and price to book value ratio is really bad (not surprising).
But their margins, P/E, and D/E ratios are quite good, all things considered.
IOW, I dunno - depends on what is coming up for this company during the next year or so.
What projects are they undertaking, are they about to recover significant investments, etc.
I see that stock price is up over 33% probably because of this news annoucement.
You could continue to hold or cash out since you've made a handsome profit based on your entry price.
I'd definetely not buy at this time based purely on a cursory financial glance.
Of course, there could be other reasons to buy such as new projects, expansion, acquisition, etc.
