I can arrange to get you a lawyer. You will have to retain him and pay him. See him and explain to him your problems and see how he can help you. That is to get you out of a situation that you are in there in India.

To get into Canada you have to have very good education and good qualifications and very good experience in the field that you got educated there. With that experience and a lot of funds to support you here, you can get selected to get into Canada. It takes a long time to wait and to get in. So, you will have to be prepared for that and you should be willing to take a chance after coming here. The employment situation here is very bleak. (Poor) There are only a few jobs here currently and it is very difficult to manage yourself and your family. So, think twice before you think of applying to get into Canada.

While you are thinking about all of this, also think about getting to know a little bit of English language and learn to speak and write and also understand it too. All of this are the requirements for starters.
