Why US, I did let my wife go on Ladies trip for 2 days and had kept kids with me. Some of her college friends decided to meet in NY and ladies came from India, US and Canada. My 2 yr old daughter and 6 year old son had fun for 2 days, but wife kept calling every hour or 2.
So I guess we can blame it on genes.

I have seen my wife do it and my friends wives do it. I believe its their love that makes them call to check up on their hubby. A main factor is because of the fact that humans (men) dont drive well after having drinks...so they just want to remind you to drink less if you plan to drive. If god forbid something happens, the family loses the most. So please dont hate them.

You wrote very proudly that you gave your peace of mind to one of your wives. What right have you go to do that? Just because she is worried about her husband, she has to face hostility?

I am glad to hear both sides.
Just to clarify to some. The guy whose wife I gave piece of my mind dont drink beer, religious issues. No problem with me. There were two other who belong to the same religion as him had their share of beer. Except this dude, others live at a walking distance, less than 500 mt.
