Satyam ADR to Delist from NYSE - What are my options?

Hello desi investors...!!
As you have seen the 25 % drop on Friday for SAY (Satyam Computers) on NYSE when we heard that the company plans to delist the ADR from NYSE. But "Over The Counter" trading will continue for the ADR.
Now my first question is,
I don't know how Over The Counter trading works.

Second question is what happends to my 3000 shares that I bought with my broker 'Questrade'. What are my options?
