I am trying to prepare to file for tax this year, but

Basic Sales Tax Credit - Claim $100 missing from 2010 tax return? (Box 6033)

It exists in 2009's tax return under ON479 (top of Page 2)

but looking at 2010's ON479 and ON-BEN, I can't find it anymore

Based on "no income", In 2009 I could get $100 in refund, but this year I would get $0 in refunds

What did the government change?

(I feel its something from the OST $65*4 = $260 that was introduced in July 2010??)
