Have a question about the enegergy audit we did recently, we went through the second audit back in Feb ( this is the follow up one ) and we had replaced our AC with a new 14.5 seers one ( after our first audit). Now The auditor from Greensaver said we should be getting 500 bucks back for that. When the cheque arrived it was for 190 bucks for something else and nothing related to AC. After contacting the auditor few times they finally said that they have filed a request manually to see what happened and do not know what happened.
Wondering if anybody has experienced this and how much should we wait and what is, if any, is complaint process + recovery process.
