VJ has said it right. In this country, there is no place for emotional feelings. If we ask, we get the answers and I think it is better that way.
I can give a small example. This afternoon I requested the doctor at the Walk in Clinic to fill out a small sheet of paper regarding my recent sickness so that I can submit it to claim the sick leave benefit thru my employer. The doctor said I will be charged for it as it is not covered by OHIP. I said Yes confidentally as I saw the list of fees in the reception area and returning to work/sick leave note is $15. But I was ultimately charged $40 as the doctor filled out a sheet which I gave her and not her usuall piece of note!!!!If I had asked her how much? when she said I will be charged, she might say $40 and I had the option of taking the note in her prescription paper instead of giving her our company's pre printed form.
But I cannot dispute after she filled out and asked for $40...because I did not ask how much!!!!!

usually the owner of pays one month rent as a commossion to the realtor.
But as everyond suggested, please talk to your realtor.
