Here are my 2 cents:
1. Talk to your Realtor politely, and professionally; and see if you can go ahead with the Lease/Sale with him in the picture. If you're able to sell and close the deal. Wait for a few days and provide your reviews on this Realtor to the family/friends/community accordingly, and as you deem fit.
2. Find the avenues to fire him and get on with another Realtor. I am sure there must be a way out of this. Talk to some KNOWN and experienced people.
Unfortunately, and I am sorry to say that the Realtor, along with Lawyer community have become a low rung of the society in their unethical practices (pun very much intended). You could still find a good professional, but may be 1 in 1000s. On top of that, there are Desi Realtors that bring in their unprofessional behavior/practices with them when immigrate by and large. Sad state of affairs.
It looks like that our friend is not able to get the answer he is looking for. The realtor has a fiduciary duty to you as an agent. If you have already signed the papers appointing him as your agent, then he is bound to discuss with you all the offers and if advised need to present to you. He/she can give advise but again it is up to you to accept or decline those advise.
Now there are a few options here:
U can straight away talk to your realtor asking if any offer has been discussed -verbally or in writing and if they say No, then you can go to their broker to complain. The broker being a legal entity has to investigate and take action if your complaint is found to be true. You can get their number by calling the office front desk directly.
The next step would be to call the Real Estate Board to which the agent is attached namely TREB, MREB or BREB etc. and complain. It does not matter for what ever reason the other agent has got in touch with you or the reason for which your own agent is not presenting the offer, but there could be a very severe penalty for your agent if your complaint is found true. I do not want to put names in this forum but even the big realtors have been fined because of unethical action.
Hence do ask once again your agent if any whatsoever offer has been recd and if they say no, take the necessary action. Hope this helps!

Agree with sghosedelhi.
It's your property; and investment. You shouldn't be afraid of asking people you hired for the service. They are first answerable to you and then to themselves.
