I was looking for business opportunity and one of the business I have conisered is the MOTEL.

I am on initial stage and looking for an opportunity to enter into MOTEL business. At this point, I would prefer to stay near by Toronto or Ottawa (within 1 hr. distance) but it is not necessory. If there is better opportunity and some social life, I can consider another city too.

I have no experience but I can easily learn and manage the business. At this point, I am ready for managing, investing, buying or partnership into Motel business.

What is the best way to enter into MOTEL business?

How to find listing of "Motel for Sale"? (I went through some online search, kijiji, businessforsale but it is giving me hard time to find good one)

Any help will be appriciated.
