Here is my simple Arithmetic and the LOGIC behind it. The rest you will have to find out for yourself and fill in the blanks. That will give you a clear picture what any business is or will be and what it needs to generate to keep you going steady.

Say you are THREE people in that location, A cook, One at Cash (YOU) and one GOFER and on an average of $16/hr for 12 hour day 10 - 10 and 30 day month you will need to have to make $600 per day for the three.$18,000 per month.

$5,000 Rental for a decent sized location.

You need to generate a minimum of about $24,000 per month to keep you afloat. Then add the cost of materials for food, and other small sundry expenses.

To sell a meal at say $10 and the cost to make it say $2, you will need approximately $4000 worth materials Add that to the 24,000 and you come to say $30,000 approx, you need to generate $1,000/day minimum or sell 100 meals/day.

That will keep you all three going steady with basic salaries. NO BREAKS! {All of these figures are rounded for easy calculations}

Can you come up with any good figures to support your proposition and give me an idea how I can make some money, if I have to pay a Good will or a Chunk of money up front to buy the business. Please do not forget that I need a substantial cash of $60,000 to get myself started with materials and salaries for two good months just to get started. And per chance if I have a bad month and the business is LOW, then, I know I will NEVER EVER GO HUNGRY, but will not have sufficient funds to pay the wages nor the rent. I do not want to take a HIT and loose all of my capital also.

I got this opportunity due to bad managment of a family member. Ibtook it over temporarily.

I am not restaurant guy but there are many who wish to have it own restaurant but can't get the opportunity.


So here I m offering one... but Yes person has to be hard working and dedicate.
