Non grant of visa to Modi is equally a slap on face of Government of India also. However, MMS is used to this kind of treatment. China, at regular intervals slaps MMS by not granting visa to people from Arunachal Pradesh or granting stapled visa to people from Kashmir. Sonia, Rahul and Karunanidhi also kicks his butt. I think he is immune to all those abuses so long as money keeps coming in.

Manmohan is not about money, at least as a direct beneficiary. He's mad about faux personal reputation as a man of integrity at the expense of India.
