Thanks Bhootnath for the wishes.
Wish CD's the same.
In the city that I live in India, Deepavali is not a big deal here and hence no sweets came.
Happy Haloween to you guys. Hope you got some freebie chocolates which could last a couple of months for you.

Peace by Murali.

Thank you TK. Hopefully change comes to your city soon for Deepavali and sweets and rasam is exchanged.
In the city that I live in Canada, Deepavali was never a big deal few years back, but now I guess most of the folks of all colors and race expects sweets.

In the city that I live in Canada, Deepavali seems like was always big deal (as heard on radio that some sweet shops been doing for a decade ) , In the city that I lived earlier in Canada, Deepavali was never a big deal and is still not, In the city that I lived earlier to earlier in Canada, Deepavali was moderate deal. In the few cities where I traveled to work in Canada, Deepavali will be never a deal , big or small !!
Happy Diwali, it brings a holiday in India and an excuse to eat sweet in Canada ...in some cities.
