Modi is right. They need to combine some of the ministries. As given in the article, coal and power ministries could be combined calling as Energy ministry. Actually they need to include Petroleum with it also. But the babus may not let it happen, unless Modi forces them to do so. Our govt is too heavy. Need to start trimming and make more streamlined. Ask the staff to take VRS and move on with their life.

Merging couple of ministries together will improve efficiency & reduce red tape.
