I am hearing lots about this M city condo project, they say prices are starting 200000, but what is the real picture , does any one have better knowledge of project ,
what is price per sq feet, it's a very hyped project , they are launching phase 1

I am sure one bedroom and a bath will go upto 300k and 2 bedroom for over 400k.
I sold my condo in this area (2BR 840 sqft ) for 390k in 2015 sep. Builder will not undersell unless there is a catch.
The Toronto Markets are HOT-O-HOT. I just spotted this article in the Star. Good to know the move upwards. (for The prices I mean).

Received an invitation for Rogers M-Condo presale appointment on 22nd. It looks like even condos are getting ready for mad rush.
I am pretty sure single bedroom unit around 500 sft will cross more than 325k which is scheduled to be handover in 2021 :-(
Is it really worth as investement or flipping? Are these condo prices are sustainable?

I believe due to Vancouver cape and chines investment price has jumped...
Just heard the news about chines punting stick rules on outsourcing funds... I BELIEVE THAT MAY BE A BIT WORRISOME FOR CANADA REAL ESTATE - the date for the rules to apply is not decided yet but it roomers are its Jul 2017 -
i'm no an expert so, I would request some real estate experts to explain us the possible effects on our real estate due to this stick rules...
