TK please add Mississauga and Brampton to your list of food banks and soup kitchens for senior citizens, as it will be cheaper for them to go to a food bank with a $ 1.00 fare

I am only 52. I think I become a senior citizen in Canada only at the age 65. That is why I am thinking of returning in 2020. I can come as late as 2022 too since Vancouver needs 1 year residency in the province to process my Welfare cheque.

Each visit to the Food bank, will net me atleast $ 30 worth of Free groceries (plus free unlimited bread, fatty mayo, sugery drinks, excess veggies etc..) and hence seems like a good bet. Also I think Mi-Way allows for Round trip travel (unlike the TTC) so with just $ 1, I can take a round trip and then get dropped at Square -1 where I can sit in the food court and watch people.

I will have to disagree a little on your statement that Desi's bring parents to Canada to collect OAS and GIS. It is not true to an extent as there is a residency requirement of 10 years or so to collect OAS. GIS may not maynot have a residency requirement. But I do agree that they are free servants and baby sitters. However, to use the food bank there is no residency requirements and healthcare for the seniors is free.

Just go to Westwood mall (which is a punju stronghold). You will see all punju seniors outside the LCBO , sitting and chatting. They do so in the evening also with an LCBO cover. They ogle at all the white ladies that pass by them. Lol ! and Westwood mall as a local police station booth located right there.
