You can go to Costi again or Seneca College run business centres. these are actually run for people who are unemployed and on EI (since these places are funded by EI).
I know of one which is in Richmond Hill at 24 Wright street and the phone no is 905-770-5211. Another one in the York region is at 4855, 14th avenue and has phone no. 905-948-9622.
These centres give all their services free. They have some experts (so called) who help you in diferent things like market research, incorporation, tax registrations, business plans etc. etc. In RH business centre, they call it self employment program and infact, if you are approved, it even pays benefits upto 52 weeks to a maximum of $413 per week while you are developing your business.
