Hi Friends,

I'm looking at a couple of Business opportunities: One of them is a UPS Store and the other is a Franchisee for Seniors Health Care Service givers. Does anyone have any idea on how this would be or has experimented in the past. ? I am looking out for serious answers.

I knew someone who had UPS Franchise. He was not happy with franchise fees as he had to pay fees which was tied to sales. He ended up selling the business. He had a prime mississauga location.

Seniors Health Care Service - is a good opportunity, make sure you have all the licensed...you can have employee with licensed but its better to have your own...

you can either create your own location or go with existing one... it is very lucrative business but it also comes with big risk ( u r dealing with seniors, you need to be very good social and public dealing personality, …
but if you pull it off then it’s a very good business to run.
I have been thinking of senior care business for my family but we are still not ready.
Let me know if you decided to go with this business It will be helpful for us and I might be able to help you in the beginning stage

I am running motel it is like home based business.I am running the business and looking after my family.If you are interest i can give you more information on that.

Motel business required big Cash money in hand - need atleast 35% downpayement.

buying small motel might be not a good idea unless if u consider surviving income to run family.

i hv freind who bought motel for 600K ( 14 unit) but he is happy with it , i remember he said why buying house for 400K buy a motel which is your home and also bring money

What are good items to export from Canada to India? By items, I mean physical goods and not services.
