1) send in a casual letter indication how canada is, how your enjoying life and how you want them to visit, also put in a strongly in the letter they being retired etc would make frequent visits to Canada. That way it might be easire for them to get a multiple visa
2) they do not have to go to delhi if seniors
3) the time to process will all depend on their health conditions ( 2 months to whatever)
4) Mutlipe of single depends on the visa officer
5) cost of medical per day depending on the medical condition of your parents, age and how much of coverage can range from $ 2 per day to $ 5. I ahve heard ICICI has a better plan

I have recently sponsored my parents for a visitors visa. It was no problem at all. Write a brief letter to the CHC sketching out some basic facts like, your parents' status in India, there names and ages, how long you have been in Canada, how long you have been working and where, your residence status(PR/citizen), where you work, and clearly stating that you will bear all responsibility of your parents while they are in Canada. Make out copies of your pay stubs for the last three months, and your last years T4 slip. Get the copy of T4 slip and your letter notarized by a lawyer. Look for a cheap one. I got mine done for 10 dollars. Send all these documents to India. Your parents MAYBE called for interview. My parents were interviewed but it was a cakewalk. There is no rule that exempts seniors from interviews.

The article states the following but they are not necessarily required. Please see my comments.
What you (sponsor) need to provide?
Last Year’s Income-tax assessment notice or T4 for yourself - Required. And notarized copy not original.
Last Year’s Income-tax assessment notice of T4 for your spouse (please provide this even though you have more than enough income, they sometimes asks for this even though you might be earning 100,000 per year!) - I did not need this.
Current years latest pay slip for yourself - I had to give paystubs for the last three months.
Current years latest pay slip for your spouse - Was not required of me.
Photocopy of your lading papers and passport - Or citizenship card.
One of your utility bills, just for showing your place of resident - Not required.
One sponsor letter (not necessarily be notorized, but you can do it.) Necessary to be notarized.
What your parent should provide?
Their income statements
If farmer – copies of 7/12 and 8A (or whatever)
Copies of property they own
Job records if any.
Passport (of course!) - My parents were not asked to provide anything except this.

Thanks for all the input I really appreciate it
All the docs are OK except the T4 form.I was in USA and joined Canadian Company in early Jan 2004 only .Of course I can provide notorized Appointment letter and last 3 month pay stub
Will it be a problem if I submit application without T4 doc?
Thanks
