I need advise on qualifying for a mortgage :

I am an immigrant from India , landed last year and stayed just for 9 days.

Now I plan to buy a house in Calgary AB ,initially as an investment(for 2 years) and later for my use.

No Tax returns filed yet.
I have a SIN , G1 License,a Health card processed and a bank account in TD Bank.
I do not have any canadian credit card/credit history.
No work experience in Canada.

But I have a clear credit history outside Canada and over 15 years work experience in Engineering/IT.

Can I still qualify for loan thru mortgage ?

I shall be obliged if someone can advise me how can I obtain a \"hassle free\" suitable mortgage in Canada for a house costing around CD$200,000. What will be terms and conditions and the rate in such case.How much would be the Down payments in my case ?.Is there any clear-cut information for obtaining mortgages in such case (i.e. in my case) ?
