Wow!!!! 10ksqft house?

I think it’s time we all need to take matters seriously and do our bit to reduce the size of our carbon footprint.
Energy efficiency is the simplest and easiest way of reducing the size of our carbon footprint ( apart of it is reducing the size of our home). Sadly here little heed has been paid towards it

As posted on another thread BMO has reduced rates. here it is again.
Maybe your pal should wait a while and the house homes will drop even more and the mortgage rates even more so
