Q1. Job postings ?

The reason I have been able to post a number of job openings, is because Max Sec Inc. has partbered with a company in the US who is a preferred vendor of Deloitte Touche.

We have also partnered with some software consultancy organizations focusing on the financial services sector in New York and a few others with diverse interests.

Q2. Has the IT job situation improved/improving?

Frankly, this question is as important to me as it is to you. Based on the feedback that I have got - the IT job situation has improved relative to 2001 - 2003, but it is no where near the 1994-1999 period.
