An interesting issue that our forefathers never faced! . Since life has moved online quite a bit after the introduction of the WWW, who inherits your online stuff (like email, blogs etc etc) after you pass away?

I have bequeathed everything (lot of crap) to another forum that I am on almost always. Its posted there. So no one person but to the public at large on that forum.

There are other privacy related issues involving third parties as well. For example, if send X an email, I may not want X's parents / survivors to read that email in the event of his / her death or incapacity!
I wonder how that would be addressed if access to the emails of a deceased / incapacitated person is allowed.....
