I married the girl I knew for 5 year, I meet her online. In her PR application should i put that we meet online 5 years ago or should i just show this marriage to be arranged?

as long as you can show the marriage was genuine with all the photographs and videos of the wedding, there should be no problem on where and when you 2 met..
