Hi Massood,
Can I bring relative( my wife's sister-in-law) as live-in-caregiver category.
Thanks,
Paradesicanadian
Yes, if she meets the minimum requirements and you can convince immigration that this is not a short-cut to bring a relative into Canada.

Hi Massood,
Actually I forwarded for a live-in-caregiver application to HRDC and got verification to hire a live-in-caregiver from India. But unfortunately her visa application was rejected from Delhi as her qualifications were not meeting with the Canadian standards .
Can I forward another applicatin to HRDC to hire live-in-caregiver.
If I am planning to hire a relative this time(As stated above posting), Is it necessary to mention about the relationship in the application form.
Thanks in advance,
Paradesicanadian
You can re-apply. You cannot lie to immigration.
