So basically that means that in order to maintain "ties with Canada", one should keep filing taxes in Canada even if one is not living there.
So, when I start working here in USA , will I filing taxes at 2 different places.

Yes u should be filing taxes in Canada as well.
But violation of the above wont affect ur PR status as both are mutually exclusive.

But let me understand this more clearely.
You said "Violation of the above wont affect ur PR status as both are mutually exclusive ".
That means whether I file taxes or I dont file taxes, I can only maintain my PR status after completeing 2 out of 5 years which I have already done it. Now in order to maintain ties with Canada I should keep filing taxes , have a bank account and drivers licence.

Wrong.
If you do not file your taxes, you will still maintain your immigration status as Manasvi has put (I tax and Immigration dept are two different bodies)
If you do not want to be taxed in Canada, then you will have to break ties with Canada like DL. Bank account etc.
