Hello..

My own brother is in US and a greencard holder. He will be soon applying for citizenship. He says that he will be able to get it within one year and lateron will be able to file for my Greencard.

Can anybody tell me, after he gets his citizenship how long will it take to get the greencard for me. He lives in Bay Area, San Fransisco.

Hi,

Right now, California center is processing cases filed in 1998 for US citizen's brother or sister.
