Hello,
I am very confused between USA vs Canada parents immigration. Which one is better ? My parents are on USA Greencard and staying with us in Canada for few months after they will go India. I can not judge which one is better for them USA or Canada. Can any one help me in this for seniors which country is better USA or Canada in terms of health and other benifits.

However, if you are able (and willing) to bear additional expenses with the hope of getting better quality care, then US is probably better.
How much longer until they can apply for US Citizenship?
Given the state of economy in the US, it's possible that the Govt. won't be making any further investments or concessions to Medicare and other drug plans for seniors.
From that extent, they may be better off here.
However, the quality of medical care (if you can pay for it out of pocket) will likely remain better in the US for some time to come.
