Hi Everybody, I want guidance about to go USA. I have already applied for Citizenship and I am waiting for receipt. I have offer from USA based company and they are ready for to give H1-B visa, and personally I want to go there.
But I also want Canadian Citizenship. So I will keep my family here and I up-down form USA to Canada every month my Citizenship and then after I convert my H1-B to TN visa.
Is it good decesion ? Please let me know and guide me.

Depends whether you want to settle down in USA and apply for GC or not
If the answer is yes then it is better to work on H1B and apply for GC otherwise TN visa is very much flexible
Only difference is with Canadian passport you can burgain with US employer and might manage to get a higher salary/rate so let your US employer know that you are going to get your Canadian citizenship soon

How long it takes from TN visa to Greencard ?
Hoe long it takes from H1-B to Greencard ?

I dont think TN visa ca be used for Green Card sponsorship becauseyou have to renew it every year unlike H1b.

Hanu is correct
You can't apply for GC from TN visa
If you want to apply for GC you need to work under any of specified non immigrant duel intent visa (H1B is one of them)

It all depends on whether your employer will sponsor you for green card.
It is not government based but based on US Employer sponsorship- their discretion.Morever,the green card process is reset to start again when you change employers/or are laid off.
