What "dispatcher" jobs are you talking about? Flight dispatcher or something else?

Please clarify and also where you worked as dispatcher before.

When you indicate 'Dispatcher', it has a different meaning in the North American context. Generally it means the Communicators who take the 911 Calls (Police/emergency call takers). You probably need to clariy if it means Dispatcher as in Logistics/Order dispatch etc.
