"Survey of high tech CEO's by Deloitte finds 95 per cent planning to increase their headcount this year, and 40 per cent indicating they plan to increase their workforce by at least a quarter."

This really improves chances of people to get IT jobs in Canada. I hope they do not ask for cdn experience ..
