I really do not understand onething. While posting messages, why scream in all capital letters or kill English either by writing everything in small letters or in abbreviations, which sometimes God only knows what they are?

When we have patience to wait for 5 years to get Canadian Immigration, why not a bit more patient and communicate in proper English!

I agree. Personally I think the upper case is good enough only to denote the topic. I would agree that using capital letter is akin to screaming.

I'm glad someone mentioned the all caps postings. It seemed like a very rude way to get people's attention.

Basically, that's the way most of us behave here in India...shout louder than the other person if you want to be heard.
