Hi,

I am Sanjay. I am applying for Canadian Citizenship. Currently I am based in Detroit, MI and I am applying as a skilled worker. I have been in USA since last 3 years. My question is \"Do I need to appear for the English Language test for Immigration ?\". The manual on the website says that I need it, but a friend of mine told me that if I am living in an English speaking country for more than 2 years, I dont need to give the test. Kindly let me know...Thanks a lot in advance !!
