Has anyone any idea how much it costs roghly to lease a small store in a shopping mall or plaza in Toronto/Missisuaga?
I am just looking at approx cost and would like to know initial cost, monthly cost and any major hidden or otherwise overheads etc. Plus how to find the availability of stores or carts in shopping complexes/plazas?
If anyone on this board has any idea please share. Much obliged for any useful info.

I read about some offers on Gerrard street at 200$ per month all inclusive .. it looked too cheap.. I did not pursue furhter.. but it said .. no extra costs..

$200 a month?
I doubt if it is any less than $2000 a month
