Hi Guys,
I am getting some difficulty in obtaining transcripts of my degrees from universities for PR application. Did anyone tried to apply without transcripts, I mean with attested copies of certificates and if so what was the outcome ??

Transcripts are not required for applying for PR. Notarized copies of certificates are acceptable. I submitted notarized copies and CHC - London accepted them.
